About the Role

We are urgently seeking a new team member to join us!

We offer online and onsite events around the world on exciting emerging technologies. We are a small, close, tightly-knit team with a fantastic and growing global customer base. Our onsite events currently take place in Berlin, Boston and Eindhoven, locations could change.

Our small team is very international and distributed in various locations (fully remote work).

Requirements

Tasks:

  • Manage our member and attendee renewal process and database

  • Set up calls for our sales team 

  • Communicate with event speakers 

  • Help with data entry to up-to-date our event pages online

  • Help with digital content marketing 

  • Help with handling incoming requests for invoices


Your attributes 

  • Good team player and a fun team member

  • Excellent written and verbal English.

  • German language is preferred (not essential)

  • Super organizational skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Earn to learn and take full responsibility for tasks

  • (optional) Able to travel internationally to join onsite events
